Thoughts on HTC One X

Is this new phone from the best selling phone company going to wipe out the iPhone?
The HTC One X has not come on the market yet, but it has some promising specifications, but as always it has the HTC look, which does not make it stand out from the other HTC phones.
Let us take a look at it:

As we can see it does not look very flashy or extraordinary on the outside.
The new thing we are excited about is the new Beats by Dre audio this phone is going to have, as HTC has undergone a partnership with Beats by Dre.
